Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Heald requested that the Chief of Police wear a suit and tie <br />to work on a regular basis while wearing his uniform on appropriate occasions. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker requested an executive session <br />of the Mooresville Town Council for Tuesday, September 20, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he had thirty-nine (39) <br />calls and impounded fourteen (14) animals. <br /> <br /> The Council approved the design for the handicap ramp submitted by <br />Joe Beikman. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman Edwards to <br />pay the bills and claims.
