No members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Council President Overholser stated to the Council that it is <br />unfortunate that the Morgan County Citizen's Alliance held their <br />Public Forum Meeting on hazardous waste at the same time the <br />Mooresville Council held its regular scheduled October 4, 1994 <br />meeting.
