Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br />Town Council at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Councilman <br />Heald, second by Councilman Edwards. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council <br />will be held Tuesday, October 4 , 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _ ure/r/~_ <br /> <br /> October 4, 1994 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was <br />held Tuesday, October 4, 1994 at the Mooresville Town Hall at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Tim Viles, Steve Edwards, <br />Steve Ballard, Dick Heald and Pat Overholser. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Council President Overholser stated to the Council that it is <br />unfortunate that the Morgan County Citizen's Alliance held their <br />Public Forum Meeting on hazardous waste at the same time the <br />Mooresville Council held its regular scheduled October 4, 1994 <br />meeting.
