239 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman <br />Edwards to accept the quote of Rock Foundation in the amount of <br />$5,685.00 to install a handicap ramp in front of Town Hall. <br />Motion approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> The Council approved a request from Joe Beikman to have <br />the soffitt which has deteriorated on the Town Hall repaired <br />and to have the dry wall on the second floor of Town Hall <br />replaced. <br /> <br /> Animal Control officer Mark Taylor reported he had twenty-two <br />(22) calls, eleven (11) animals impounded, three (3) returned <br />to their owners. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman <br />Edwards to pay the bills and claims.
