The Grant <br /> ma.xes out at $500,000.00, there is a six month application thne period, proposals are due in <br /> February 1998, and an up to date income survey has to be completed. Tiffs income survey needs <br /> 51% low to moderate incotne, tt¢ stated the application process is a competitive process between <br /> tim towns that apply. The more the local contribution is the more points the Town would gain. <br /> Points are also based on the amount o£ planning that is completed. There is a 10% match to the <br /> grant. Representative Belming's Build hldiana Ftmd of $75,000 cannot be used for the match, but <br /> can be used for file prelirnfl~afies of planning.
