M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Members present: President Mark Mathis, Toby Dolen, Andy Pygman, and James <br /> Hensley. Bill Wright was absent. <br /> <br /> President Mark Mathis apoligized to the group attending. He stated that nothing <br /> had been settled concerning the Economic Development Department. <br /> <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens stated an Executive Meeting was all the Council has <br /> had and therefore the Council could not give particulars. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Hensley to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on <br /> Tuesday, March 4, 1997, at 7:30 P.
