Trustee Mike Fiscus was absent. In <br /> the absence of Board President Trustee Fiscus, Vice-President <br /> Trustee Edwards chaired the meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Overholser and second by Trustee <br />eald to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as sub- <br />mitted. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mr. Paul Sterrett, 16 Victor Drive appeared before the <br />board to discuss the problem of water draining from Raesta <br />Subdivision onto the lots on Victor Drive. Board Attorney <br />Tim Currens will research the easements in these subdivisions <br />to determine a solution to this problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
