Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman Forbes to approve the bills and claims. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Town Council at this time Councilman Heald made a motion to adjourn. Council- man Forbes second. Motion carried. 3, 1989Theatnext7: 30meetingp.m. of the Mooresville Town Council will be held October Presid~t ATIEST: Clerk/Treasurer ~ October 3, 1989 The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held Tuesday, October 3, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. Council members present were Dick Heald, Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, and Jack Forbes. No Council members were absent. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwnman Over- holser to approve Ordinance #15-1989 an ordinance to rezone real estate located at 264 E. Main Street, Mooresville, Indiana frcm residential to local business, as requested by Stanley E. And Barbara J. Fowler. Motion carried. Arvin Hopkins appeared before the Council to request vacating the public way platted as }{athew Street. Mathew Street is an unimproved public way. Appearing before the Council to protest said vacation were Mr. Paul Gotske owner of there parcels of land adjacent to Mathew Street and Nani Craven, 428 E. Carlisle Street. Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilv~aimn Pat Overholser to table vacating Mathew Street for thirty (30) days to allow the council time to review the property. Motion carried.
